For most people, 3–5 classes per week is a great sweet spot. This allows for progress while giving your body time to recover. If you're just starting out, we’ll help you ease in and build a routine that supports your goals and lifestyle.

Classes at Salty Hive are about 60 minutes long, start to finish. Each session includes a warm-up, skill or strength training, and a workout of the day (WOD). While the full class is one hour, the WOD itself usually lasts anywhere from 8 to 20 minutes, depending on the focus of the day.
